Give your news a strong foundation.
Lead with a factual headline
Describe a concrete development in plain language. Avoid all-caps headlines, excessive punctuation, unsupported superlatives, and price or investment-return predictions.
Use a clear structure
Include a headline, a dateline, an opening summary, supporting details, an approved quote where useful, a short company description, and a public media contact. State who did what, when, and why it matters.
Verify your claims
Check names, dates, product availability, permissions, and any quantitative claims. Keep supporting sources available. Do not describe partnerships, approvals, listings, or regulatory status without evidence.
Use relevant links
Link to primary sources and useful company pages. Avoid deceptive redirects, excessive promotional links, or misleading anchor text. Publishers may apply their own link policies.
Supply usable images
Use images you own or have permission to distribute. Provide descriptive alt text. Upload JPEG, PNG, or WebP up to 3 MB, with minimum dimensions of 320 × 180; 1280 × 720 is a useful editorial format. Images may be resized and metadata removed.
Respect content boundaries
Unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, deceptive, infringing, plagiarized, or malicious content is not accepted. Announcements must not promote scams, fabricate endorsements, or promise guaranteed investment performance.
Be ready for review
Submission does not guarantee acceptance or a specific placement. The team may request revisions or supporting documentation. Preferred publication dates depend on editorial readiness and publisher availability.
